Toto Funds The Arts is happy to announce the final four for the 2025 Toto Awards for Short Film, from the 27 longlisted applications. Introduced in 2013 and set up in memory of Dr Sanat Kumar Ghosh, the Short Film awards are supported by O2 Financials.
